Lazio: 5-0 to Dekani, double Pedro. Out Romagnoli

(ANSA) – ROME, JUL 14 – On the ninth day of training in Auronzo di Cadore, new test for Lazio in a friendly and new convincing victory: today Maurizio Sarri’s players defeated NK Dekani, team of the series, 5-0 Slovenian B. An open race from the post hit on a penalty by captain Ciro Immobile, who made up for the mistake with a stunt net shortly after half an hour of play. The second penalty granted to the Biancocelesti is made by Pedro, then the author of a brace thanks to the assistance of Lazzari.

The Spaniard, who also scored with the header, was by far the most brilliant of the first half and, with four goals in two games, for now, with Felipe Anderson, leads the top scorers of the Lazio summer retreat. In the second half, Sarri gives space (among others) to the highly acclaimed Luka Romero for Felipe Anderson and to Marcos Antonio for Cataldi; the seals of Basic and Zaccagni (on penalty) close the scoresheet.

For Maximiano and Mario Gila, the club’s most recent signings, it was the debut match with the biancoceleste shirt, but we will have to wait a bit for Alessio Romagnoli, also absent from morning training due to a nuisance to the adductor. The former Milan undertook physiotherapy in the gym, while Kamenovic met again, engaged in differentiated work. Romagnoli could see himself on the field tomorrow together with the rest of the squad.

The third friendly match of the retreat is scheduled for Sunday, and will see the Capitolini face Triestina, as has often happened in recent years. For that day the president Claudio Lotito is expected in Auronzo. (HANDLE).
