Gp France: Ferrari dominates in free practice 2, Sainz the fastest

Test of strength of the Ferraris in the second free practice session of the French GP, 12 / a test of the Formula 1 World Championship. At Le Castellet, the fastest was Carlos Sainz, with 1’32 ” 327, with a tenth of advantage over Charles Leclerc, who was instead the best in the first session with 1’33 ” 930. Max Verstappen with Red Bull has climbed from second to third place, but his gap with respect to the other test has risen from 91 to 550 thousandths.
All the other drivers are even further behind, with the Mercedes couple formed by George Russell and Lewis Hamilton occupying the fourth and fifth position in the time list, with delays of 764 and 990 thousandths respectively. Over a second of detachment they then accused Lando Norris (McLaren, + 1”080), Pierre Gasly (AlphaTauri, + 1”379), Kevin Magnussen (Haas, + 1”401), Daniel Ricciardo (McLaren, + 1”457). Only tenth time, then for Sergio Perez with the second Red Bull, more than a second and a half behind Sainz.
