(ANSA) – ROME, JUL 24 – Canada stole the victory from the United States in the men’s 4×100 relay at the World Championships in Oregon.
Andre De Grasse brought the Canadian quartet to the finish in 37.48 seconds after another disappointing performance by the Americans, who had to settle for silver. The bronze went to Great Britain.
The final of the 4×100 women, on the other hand, ends in a fight at the last second between the United States, which won gold, and Jamaica, which won silver, while Italy, due to problems for Dalia Kaddari and Vittoria Fontana, does not go beyond the eighth place.
