F1: Hungary; Leclerc-Verstappen duel is repeated

(ANSA) – ROME, JUL 28 – The Formula 1 tour de force ends with Hungary: on Sunday we return to the track for the fourth Grand Prix in July, which precedes the stop of a month, with the World Championship will resume on August 28 from Belgium. Ferrari, and in particular of Charles Leclerc, must redeem Le Castellet and the Monegasque at the Hungaroring starts as favorite on the Snai blackboard: his success is at 2, with Max Verstappen at 2.50 and the other Ferrari of Carlos Sainz at 6.50. In double figures Lewis Hamilton (10), Sergio Perez (15) and George Russell (25). The odds for pole position and free practice, as has often happened this season, are in favor of Ferrari.

For qualifying, Leclerc is at 1.75 with Verstappen at 2.75 (Sainz third at 5.50), while in free practice the Monegasque’s best time is at 2.25, with the World Championship leader at 3.00 and Sainz still at 5.50. However, Leclerc’s retirement from the French GP widened the gap between the Ferrari driver and Verstappen for the antepost odds relating to the world title: the Dutchman, who was 1.35 before Le Castellet, dropped to 1.20, while Leclerc is now worth 4.50.
