(ANSA) – ROME, JUL 29 – The Lega Pro Governing Council held in Florence took note of the decisions that emerged yesterday during the Federal Council in relation to any repechage for the 2022-2023 Series C Championship which will be defined after the sentence of the TAR on the appeals of Campobasso and Teramo.

The Board also unanimously resolved the replacement of the deceased director Fabio Massimo Conti, through the subrogation by co-option of Robert Lewis – President of Cesena Calcio – as director of the board for the value of the person and for the mission of the company, in line with the desire of Serie C to focus on the growth of nurseries. Cesena Calcio, it was recalled, has an excellent youth sector, which led the Primavera, the Under17 and the Under15 teams to triumph in their respective national championships.
