Hungarian GP: Leclerc dominates the second free practice, Sainz third

Charles Leclerc takes over from Carlos Sainz and with his Ferrari was the fastest in the second free session at the Hungaroring circuit, where the Hungarian Formula 1 GP is held on Sunday. The Monegasque closed his best lap in 1’18 “445, about three tenths faster than the 11” 750 of the Spaniard in the first free practices. The ranking of the times behind Leclerc then sees Lando Norris (McLaren, +0.217 thousandths), Sainz and Max Verstappen (Red Bull, +0.283). A little further apart, but within a second behind Leclerc, were Daniel Ricciardo (McLaren, +0.427), Fernando Alonso (Alpine, +0.604), Sebastian Vettel (Aston Martin, +0.808), George Russell (Mercedes, +0.910), Sergio Perez (Red Bull +0.952) and Valtteri Bottas (Alfa Romeo, +0.966), Eleventh time for Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes +1.102).

Carlos Sainz was the fastest at the end of the first free practice sessions on the Hungaroring circuit, where the Formula 1 Hungarian GP will take place on Sunday.
The Spaniard of Ferrari in 1’18 “750 preceded the Red Bull of Max Verstappen by 130 thousandths. The world leader in turn finished ahead of Charles Leclerc with the second Ferrari, 289 thousandths of a second behind. Fourth time for Lando Norris (McLaren, +0.549), followed by George Russell (Mercedes, +0.856), Sergio Perez (Red Bull, +0.872) and Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes +0.960). Daniel Ricciardo (McLaren, +1 “091), Esteban Ocon ( Alpine, +1 “598) and Fernando Alonso (Alpine, +1” 627) complete the top 10 positions.
