Cycling: Ganna at the start of the 6 days of the Roses

(ANSA) – BOLOGNA, 03 AUG – Starting tomorrow, Thursday 4 August, at the 6 Days of Roses in Fiorenzuola d’Arda (Piacenza), a historic track cycling event, Filippo Ganna will also be competing. The time trial world champion in road cycling, of Team Ineos, fresh from the Tour de France, will race for the first time in the madison, and will do it paired with Michele Scartezzini (vice world champion of this specialty). The pairs race, which also includes the tests of the launched lap, will go on until Saturday.

Start of the evening program every day at 8.15pm. Admission to the Pavesi Velodrome is free, while the event will also be visible in streaming on the Facebook page ‘6 Giorni delle Rose – Fiorenzuola’ and on the Youtube channel “piacenzatv”.
