(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 05 – The Italian Ice Sports Federation (Fisg) has reviewed the structure of the short track and long track technical staff within the Speed sector. A change of paradigm – it is emphasized in a note – more than of men, with the Canadian Kenan Gouadec, former dt of the national short track, ready to fill the role of ‘High Performance Director’.
The organization chart is enriched by a central figure in the evolution and growth of Speed, destined to coordinate and promote the strengthening of the youth sector, the launch of strategic projects and an increasingly effective training of technicians. The task and responsibility of the High Performance Director will then be above all that of dealing with the technical directors of the two disciplines – to whom total autonomy in technical and managerial choices is confirmed -, understanding their needs and working to ensure that both have the best resources and best tools to achieve goals.
