Tottenham risks, but nails Chelsea on a draw

(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 14 – Show, goal and final fight between Antonio Conte and the German coach Thomas Tuchel at Stanford Bridge, in the awaited London derby between Chelsea and Tottenham.

It ends 2-2 with the ‘Spurs’ who, after being down twice, catch the draw in the 96th minute thanks to Harry Kane. The ‘Blues’ had taken the lead with the former Neapolitan Koulibaly (19′ pt), but were joined by Hojbjerg (23 ‘st), they returned to lead with Reece James (32’ st), then mocked on the developments of a corner from the center forward of the English national team. The goal of the momentary equalizer of the ‘Spurs’ was much disputed, due to a tackle intervention very close to the limit of the former Juventus player Bentancur on Havertz. Referee Anthony Taylor decided to assign the scoring and, shortly before, Conte almost came into contact with Tuchel.

The two came face to face after the final whistle, they shook hands, but evidently one of the two went too far and in the end they were divided by the players. Chelsea in the standings rises to 4 points, the same as Tottenham.

Tomorrow, at 9 pm, Liverpool-Crystal Palace will close the program. (HANDLE).
