(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 22 – The Serie B League, in the figure of President Mauro Balata, and the “Fioravante Polito” Foundation, with its President Davide Polito, have renewed the agreement for the blood passport also for the season 2022-2023. The blood passport is dedicated to the memory of the players Andrea Fortunato, Flavio Falzetti, Piermario Morosini and Carmelo Imbriani, who died prematurely due to diseases of the cardiovascular system.
“The future of our girls and our boys also passes through the clinical examinations provided for by the protocol in order to minimize any complications that could occur during sports practice – said president Balata – We are actively engaged on this front to firmly support the “noble action that Davide is carrying out in the legislative context. Together we want to guarantee our athletes a safe activity, proven by appropriate medical documentation”. (HANDLE).
