Sport: refreshment of health costs, implementation decree published

(ANSA) – ROME, NOV 26 – Professional sports clubs, sports clubs and associations can submit a request for a non-repayable grant to reimburse health, sanitation and prevention costs and for carrying out diagnostic tests of Covid-19 amateurs registered in the Cones register operating in disciplines admitted to the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The Department for Sport has in fact published the Dpcm 16 September 2021 on its website with the procedures for making requests: the terms for submitting applications envisaged by the decree will run from the date of publication.

The beneficiaries must present the applications to the affiliating sports bodies (Federations or Leagues for professional sports clubs, Federations, sports promotion bodies or associated sports disciplines for Asd and Ssd). In turn, the affiliating bodies must submit to the Department for Sport the prospectus of the applications received and instructed positively, by filling in the format available on the website of the same Department.
