(ANSA) – BERGAMO, NOV 29 – Further diagnostic tests will be needed to establish the extent of the muscle ‘relapse’ for Robin Gosens, left winger of Atalanta who was injured on 29 September in the Champions League first leg in Bergamo against Young Boys.
The German international, who seemed to have recovered from the ‘major’ injury to his right hamstring, suffered from trouble kicking the ball in the pre-match against Juventus.
The investigations to which he was subjected today in the late afternoon could not give the definitive answer, with relative prognosis, on the player’s conditions.
At this point, however, the return not only on the last day of Champions Group F against Villarreal, decisive for the passage to the round of 16, but also for the remaining days of the championship before the winter break is strongly at risk. (HANDLE).
