(ANSA) – ROME, DECEMBER 16 – Over 35 thousand Italian amateur sports clubs and associations will receive the second and last part of the second tranche of the grants within next week. This was announced by the Undersecretary for Sport, Valentina Vezzali. The conclusion of the technical bureaucratic procedure for authorizing the payment will allow the offices of the Department for Sport to automatically disburse the amount still due to the Asd and Ssd.
“This is – declares the Undersecretary – an injection of resources equal to 100 million that will go to support the Italian sports movement. I know how much this second tranche has been expected by sports clubs and associations, I asked the offices to be as quick as possible possible in the disbursement so that these resources can really support basic sports activity in this final phase of the calendar year. The Government’s commitment – concludes Vezzali – continues to allow Italian sport to get up and restart after the pandemic ” . (HANDLE).
