(ANSA) – ROME, DEC 23 – Sailing as Formula One. After eleven years, Ernesto Bertarelli, patron of the Swiss Team Alinghi team, is back on track, announcing, during the presentation held in Geneva, the new challenge to the America’s Cup.
Bertarelli, an Italian-born entrepreneur and Swiss by adoption, already winner twice in 2002-2003 in Auckland, New Zealand and in 2007, in Valencia, Spain as a defender, will take part in the next edition of the America’s Cup, the number 37 together with Red Bull team, new world champion drivers.
