More ‘green’ Apple helps suppliers to adopt renewables

(ANSA) – ROME – Apple’s commitment to green continues. The Cupertino-based company, a week before Earth Day on April 22, announced that its suppliers have more than doubled their use of clean energy in the past year, with more than 10 gigawatts operating today out of a total of nearly 16. gigawatts they have committed to in the coming years.
