After Roskomnadzor blocked popular Facebook and Instagram services, Russian users had to look for new social networks.

And if they easily replaced Facebook with Vkontakte, then with Instagram it’s not so simple.

Russian dealers quickly brought their analogue to the market – Rossgram. But from the first days, the service fell into a scandal.

Not only was the data of future users leaked even before the launch, but now they are demanding money from them for a familiar name.

The network offers users to “book a familiar nickname” for 10,000 rubles. There is no doubt that smart people have already appeared who have bought up popular names and will now resell them at exorbitant prices.

By the way, we previously wrote about an absurd situation – Russian users demanded $ 1 billion in compensation from Meta for blocking Facebook and Instagram, although Russia itself did this.
