Bill Gates publishes a ’74 CV, earning $ 12,000

(ANSA) – ROME – Bill Gates publishes his 1974 curriculum vitae on Linkedin, written with a typewriter. The co-founder of Microsoft, born in 1955, now a philanthropist and engaged in the fight against coronavirus and climate change, had already acquired know-how in the IT field 48 years ago. Despite being at the beginning of his academic career (“currently enrolled in his first year at Harvard College,” it reads), William H. Gates was already able to secure a salary of $ 12,000. A detail that does not go unnoticed, in fact a user comments: “A salary of $ 12,000 48 years ago is fantastic for a recent graduate: you have always done well”.
Gates also writes that he collaborates with Paul Allen, with whom he will found Microsoft in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 1975. In the resume the entrepreneur then specifies that he has no restrictions on the location of the workplace and shares some personal data, such as the height and weight. Thus it emerges that Bill Gates is one meter and 78 tall and at the time he weighed 59 kg.
Finally, the home address also appears, where he lived with his parents when he was not attending Harvard. (HANDLE).
