This is the final phase of the complex transaction communicated at the end of 2021 by the two companies and which is based on a new industrial plan also validated by the banking world. Thanks to the merger, which will take effect from 1 August 2022, Tiscali is projected towards the future of the new industrial reality that will exploit all the potential and assets of the Tiscali Group and the Linkem Group.
