WhatsApp: study, is the favorite chat of 33 million Italians

Finally, notes Cosenza, all the other niche chats have suffered a significant decline compared to the year of the pandemic: Skype remains with a hard core of 3.1 million monthly users (-14% compared to 2021), with a time of ” use of 27 minutes (-40%). Google Hangouts, now Google Chats, and Google Meet together reach 1.8 million people (-52%). An app that has been on the market since 2010 is Kik.
