(ANSA) – ROME, NOVEMBER 04 – Now Clubhouse also speaks Italian.
The live streaming app, thanks to an update, has launched the translation of the interface in 13 languages other than English. In addition to Italian, it is now available in French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Kannada (or Canarian), Malayalam, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Tamil and Telegu.
The list includes several languages spoken in India, but not four of the ten most widely spoken languages in the world such as Chinese, Arabic, Bengali (or Bengali) and Russian.
The distribution of the update affects the Android version at first, then it will be the iOS one. “We are thrilled to bring Clubhouse to everyone. This is the beginning of a new era: where authentic exploitation of diversity enhances the global reach of the platform,” says CEO and co-founder Paul Davison.
At the same time as the update comes a new icon for the app: it depicts the Indian singer and composer Anirudh Deshmukh from Mumbai. (HANDLE).
