The educational offer, notes a note from the Sant’Anna School, “aims to deepen, combining theoretical reflection and highly interactive tools, topics such as the management and use of information relating to climate change; forecasting models; the role of technicians in decision-making; risk communication; international disaster law; the economic aspects of risk management”.

Christos Stylianides, minister for the climate crisis and civil protection of Greece, and Maria Chiara Carrozza, president of the Cnr, are expected to participate in the plenary session on May 29.
Thematic parallel sessions held by experts and policy makers from prestigious national and international public and academic institutions follow on 30 May.
Finally, the conclusions of May 31 will be entrusted to Patrícia Gaspar, deputy minister of the interior of Portugal. According to Andrea de Guttry, professor of International Law at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna and scientific director of the Summer School, “it is an event of great importance both on a scientific level and in terms of operational implications, because it offers professionals in the sector the opportunity to discuss, build common models of analysis, interpretation and decision-making based on scientific evidence”.
