Why you can’t put a smartphone on a laptop: both can break

Many of those who work with gadgets no longer use one thing. The minimum set is a laptop and a smartphone. Tablets and other electronic devices can be attached to them, between which you have to constantly switch during work. Therefore, many users put their smartphone on a laptop while working. And they don’t even suspect that this is a big mistake that can cost a pretty penny.

GLOBAL HAPPENINGS figured out why you shouldn’t do this. And what problems can it lead to.

The main reason is the heat that both gadgets produce during operation. They have a compact size and at the same time are very powerful and cope with a large number of processes at the same time. Therefore, both devices are constantly heated. In order not to break, they must be constantly cooled. And the close contact of two warm gadgets disrupts the proper cooling of both. Thus, they can contribute to each other’s overheating, which creates the risk of failure for both the smartphone and the laptop.

In addition, it is a long-standing general rule – do not put electronic devices in a pile. It appeared at the beginning of the era of consumer electronics, when many devices worked at intersecting frequencies and interfered with each other. You can remember this by the specific sound made, for example, by a TV or radio, a second before a message or call arrives on the mobile. So far, this problem has been fixed, but many gadget users out of habit try to play it safe from such moments.
