Important news for the Samsung customer service site, which now allows you to communicate with the experts of the brand also through the Italian sign language. In fact, since January, the Samsung Customer Service has introduced a new assistance service, to facilitate communication with people with hearing disabilities, thanks to full support in the Italian sign language (Lis). Customers will be able to get in touch with a Lis interpreter through a video consultation, during which, in collaboration with the company’s Customer Service team, the expert will be able to meet specific needs. To ensure that this new way of contacting is compliant with the deaf community, Samsung has worked closely with ENS (the National Deaf Organization), which has been committed to their inclusion in social life for over 20 years. Interested parties can request the assistance of a Lis consultant by sending an e-mail to book the video consultation. It is only necessary to have a smartphone, tablet or computer with a webcam and an internet connection. From that moment on, the interpreter will be able to support him, step by step, in every technical request.
