(ANSAMed) – BEIRUT, FEBRUARY 23 – A new Israeli air raid has been carried out in Syria in the last few hours, according to reports from the Syrian government agency Sana.
According to Sana, the attack was carried out on the city of Qunaytra, on the disputed Golan Heights. And there were no casualties but only material damage.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which uses a dense network of local sources on the ground, confirms the circumstance and recalls that two other attacks attributed to Israel were already carried out in Syria on 17 and 9 February last.
Israel usually targets Iranian military posts and pro-Iranian militias deployed in central and southern Syria. (ANSAMed).
