Thus the president of the EU Commission Ursula von del Leyen during her speech at the special plenary of the Eurochamber on the situation in Ukraine.
“We are disconnecting major Russian banks from the Swift network. We have also banned Russian central bank transactions. This will turn off the tap on Putin’s war,” von der Leyen explained. (HANDLE).
