(ANSA) – MADRID, MARCH 25 – Discounts ranging between 10 and 14 euro cents per liter of fuel for professionals and private users: these are the offers coming from at least three oil groups in Spain, where the expensive fuel of the last weeks also led to street protests in some sectors.
At least three large groups have so far launched the discount challenge, explains the Iberian press: Repsol, Cepsa and BP, with offers valid for about three months.
The promotions of the oil multinationals thus add to the measures announced by the government for the trucking sector, which provide for subsidies of 20 cents per liter to truck drivers. (HANDLE).
