(ANSA) – PARIS, APRIL 11 – Emmanuel Macron confirms his leadership in the French presidential elections, with 27.6% of the preferences, according to official data from the Ministry of the Interior, based on 97% of the ballots scrutinized. Rassemblement National candidate Marine Le Pen is in second place ahead of the April 24 ballot, with 23.41% of the vote.
Followed by Jean-Luc Mélenchon (La France Insoumise, 21.95%), Eric Zemmour (Reconquete, 7.5%,), Valérie Pécresse (Les Républicains, 4.79%), Yannick Jadot (EELV, 4.58%) , Jean Lassalle (Résistons, 3.16%), Fabien Roussel (PCF, 2.31%), Nicolas Dupont-Aignan (Debout la France, 2.7%), Anne Hidalgo (Socialist Party, 1.74%), Philippe Poutou (Nouveau Parti anticapitaliste, 0.77%), Nathalie Arthaud (Lutte Ouvrière, 0.57%).
