(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 03 – The BBC announces that it has learned that at least “127 people have been evacuated from Mariupol”, the martyr city in southern Ukraine, and “arrived today in Zaporizhzhia, in an area that is under Ukrainian control.
Sixty-nine of them are civilians evacuated from the Azovstal plant and another 58 displaced from the Mariupol area, who joined the bus convoy to travel to Ukrainian territory “.
The United Nations says 101 people have been evacuated from the Azovstal plant, including 17 children, one of them as young as six months. Thirty-two remained in Mariupol.
