(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 10 – “Being brave means protecting, saving, healing, helping, providing and doing many other wonderful things for your people and your country. Being brave is being Ukraine”. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky writes this on Telegram by publishing a one-minute video showing the courage of his fellow citizens in defending the country from the Russian invasion. The images, accompanied by rhythmic music, show the soldiers, the rescuers in the rubble saving civilians, the mothers trying to rescue their children, the firefighters at work, the civilians fleeing on what remains of the bombed infrastructures, the soldiers playing in the rubble and also the patron mine dog awarded yesterday by Zelensky.
