President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. They discussed supply of new military weapons for Ukraine. The aid package includes artillery, missiles and drones.

- long-range artillery
- shore-to-ship missiles
- drones
“Paying attention to the recent announcement of the allocation of additional military assistance from the United Kingdom to Ukraine in the amount of 1.3 billion sterling, the Prime Minister said that long-range artillery, coast-to-ship missiles, among other things, will be received to provide Ukraine with defense support, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles,” the statement said.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak reacted to the statement about new arms supplies:
“Ukraine will have more weapons. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson noted that Ukraine will receive an additional £1.3 billion military aid package. Britain will decide the issue of assistance to Ukraine without the approval of NATO – Johnson
Great Britain reserved the right to act independently in Ukraine. This was stated by Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
“In the event of the use of weapons of mass destruction, the UK reserves the right to strike back on its own, without consulting with other NATO countries”– he said.
