(ANSA) – ISTANBUL, MAY 27 – Russia and Ukraine are engaged in talks for the exchange of soldiers captured on both fronts while the ceasefire negotiations are at a standstill. This was made known by the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu as reported by Ntv. “The negotiation process is stalled, Ukraine has made it known that it has been interrupted,” Cavusoglu said speaking to journalists returning from a visit to Israel and adding that “there are ongoing talks regarding the exchange of soldiers who they were captured by Russia and Ukraine “. The Turkish minister also stressed the importance of unblocking sea routes for exports of agricultural products. “On the ground the clashes continue while for various reasons it is not possible for wheat to reach international markets” said Cavusoglu.
