He has a messianic faith in himself, in what he is destined to do and in his goal of restoring imperial Russia” . Hillary Clinton says so, according to the Guardian. The former US secretary of state recalls how she was able to work with Putin between 2009 and 2012 when she was prime minister of Russia. Then their relations deteriorated when Hillary criticized the elections in which he returned to power. “When he invaded Ukraine I was unfortunately not surprised. They were positively surprised by the effectiveness of Volodymyr Zelensky’s government and Ukraine’s ability to defend itself,” adds Hillary Clinton. (HANDLE).
