Kiev, Russian missile at low altitude over nuclear power plant

(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 05 – Today Russia launched a cruise missile that flew “critically at low altitude” on the nuclear power plant of southern Ukraine in the Mykolayiv region. The national operator of the power plants, Energoatom denounced this. Russian forces “still do not understand that even the smallest fragment of a missile that can hit a functioning power supply can cause a nuclear catastrophe and a loss of radiation,” the agency said in a statement.

“Russia has committed another act of nuclear terrorism: at 5:30 a cruise missile, similar to the ‘Caliber’ missile, flew low over the nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine. Probably, this missile was launched in direction of Kiev, where explosions were heard this morning, “Energoatom reported. (HANDLE).
