(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 05 – The Russian armed forces destroyed armored vehicles supplied by Eastern European countries to Ukraine in the course of air raids that hit the outskirts of Kiev today.

This was announced by Moscow. “Long-range high-precision missiles launched by the Russian aerospace forces against the outskirts of Kiev destroyed the T-72 tanks supplied by Eastern European countries and other armored vehicles that were in the hangars,” said the spokesman for the ministry of Russian defense Igor Konashenkov, according to Tass reports.

The missiles launched by the Russian forces this morning against the Darnytsky and Dniprovsky districts of the capital Kiev also hit the infrastructures of the Ukrainian railway company Ukrzaliznytsia: Sergui Lechtchenko, member of the supervisory board of Ukrzaliznytsia and adviser to the Ukrainian presidency, made it known on Telegram.
