(ANSA) – BRUSSELS, 06 JUN – “The Commission has stopped promoting the general interest of the Union and ensuring the implementation of the Treaties, and has failed to monitor the application of European law under the aegis of the Court of Justice”. This is what we read in the censure motion drawn up by the liberals against the EU Commission on the ok to the Polish PNRR. On the motion, which ANSA has read, the signing of the EP has started and the text will be forwarded for vote when the EU disburses the first funds in Warsaw “without considering Poland’s failure” to respect the conditionalities of the rule of law.
