Finland, ‘heavier and heavier weapons are used in Ukraine’

(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 13 – The president of Finland, Sauli Niinisto, said that both Ukraine and Russia are using heavier weapons, including thermobaric bombs in the case of Russia. The Guardian reports it.

“We support Ukraine with ever heavier weapons. And on the other hand, Russia has also begun to use very powerful weapons, thermobaric bombs which are in fact weapons of mass destruction”, specified the head of state speaking to journalists during the security policy talks at his summer residence in Naantali.

Kiev and NATO countries, including the UK, have accused Russia of using thermobaric weapons, which are more devastating than conventional explosives. (HANDLE).
