Ambassador reveals whether Beijing is considering “reunification” with Taiwan by military means

China has declared its readiness to return Taiwan to its beloved means. At the same time, they do not even exclude the possibility of returning the territories by military means.
This was stated by Chinese Ambassador to France Lu Shae on the air of Livre Noir.
When asked about Taiwan, the Ambassador said that if China fails to “reunite the country peacefully,” they will return Taiwan to China by military force.
“We will return Taiwan by all means, including the military,” the ambassador said.
He also believes that it is impossible to compare the war in Ukraine and the conflict in Taiwan, because supposedly “Taiwan is not a sovereign state, it has been an integral part of China since ancient times”.
The ambassador added that China cannot recognize Taiwan as independent.
It should be noted that, according to Chinese Defense Minister Wei Fenghe, China will not hesitate to start a war against Taiwan if the latter declares its independence.
Recall that in late May, Taiwan announced the largest invasion of the Chinese Air Force into its air defense zone since January – 30 Chinese combat aircraft entered there.
On June 22, it was reported that 29 Chinese aircraft entered Taiwan’s air defense zone.
