(ANSA) – TEL AVIV, 02 JUL – The Palestinian National Authority (PNA) will have the US examine the bullet that killed the al Jazeera reporter, Shireen Abu Akleh, during last May’s gunfights between Palestinian militants in Jenin armed and Israeli army.
“We will not deliver the bullet to Israel but we have agreed that the Americans can examine it,” said Palestinian Attorney General Akram al-Khateeb, who in the past accused Israel of the journalist’s death, quoted in the media. US experts in this regard should soon be in Ramallah. The PNA’s decision just over a week after Biden’s visit. (HANDLE).
