(ANSA) – LONDON, 08 JUL – Another legal victory of the Sussex dukes over the English tabloids and in this case it concerns Harry. According to a judge at the High Court of London, the Mail on Sunday reported in a partly false and “potentially defamatory” way the story of the prince’s appeal to the British Ministry of the Interior to obtain a higher level of protection (an escort also at his own expense) for his family, on the occasion of possible visits to the United Kingdom. Harry had in fact had to renounce, after being torn from the royal family and moving to the USA, the official rank of senior member of the Windsor house which also includes an escort.

In February, the prince sued Associated Newspapers, a publishing group that publishes the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday and MailOnline, for defamation, following the legal victory of his wife Meghan Markle in a separate case. An article published by Sunday on the protection requested by the prince has ended up under accusation. Today’s is a first affirmation of the dukes in the legal case destined to move forward.
