Borrell, hopefully unlocking grain, it’s a matter of life or death

(ANSA) – BRUSSELS, JULY 18 – “I hope that this week it will be possible to reach an agreement to unblock the port of Odessa and other Ukrainian ports” for Ukrainian grain exports. “The lives of over tens of thousands of people depend on this agreement, so it’s not a diplomatic game, it’s a matter of life and death for many human beings.” Russia must lift the blockade and allow exports, otherwise we will continue to accuse them of using them as a weapon. “This was stated by EU High Representative Josep Borrell arriving at the Union’s foreign affairs council in Brussels.
