(ANSA) – ROME, JULY 22 – Russian Defense Minister Shoigu has arrived in Istanbul to sign the agreement on wheat reached between Russia, Ukraine and the UN with the mediation of Turkey. This was reported by Tass reporting Haberturk tv. Together with Shoigu will be his Turkish counterpart Hulusi Akar while the Minister of Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov will be in Istanbul for Ukraine.
Meanwhile, fake informants cited by Tass report that the Ukrainian wheat agreement that will be signed today in Istanbul concerns the creation of safe corridors from Odessa and two other ports under Ukrainian control. Thus the rumors of yesterday are confirmed. The agreement does not provide for military stocks for the ships that will transport the grain. (HANDLE).
