The Russian agency Tass, on the other hand, reports Russian attacks on weapons and ammunition depots and against a diesel locomotive repair plant in Mykolaiv, in the south of the country.

According to the Moscow Ministry of Defense “Russian forces have carried out attacks on the weapons and ammunition depots of the 28th Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the 123rd Territorial Defense Brigade inside a diesel locomotive repair facility”.

The Ukrainian army “lost more than 50 soldiers, over 3,000 artillery rounds of various calibers and 10 armored vehicles to the attack,” said the same source, adding that Russian troops also hit nine command posts. including that of the Kakhovka group of forces, also in the Mykolaiv region.
