(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 08 – The conditions for a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky are not yet in place. This is what Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reiterates, quoted by the Tass agency.
