A timely move: Russia has long deserved this status with its actions in Ukraine and beyond. Ukraine encourages other states and organizations to follow suit “: the Ukrainian Foreign Minister writes on his Twitter account , Dmytro Kuleba, commenting on the adoption by the Riga Parliament of a resolution declaring Russia a “sponsor state of terrorism” and according to which its actions in Ukraine constitute “a targeted genocide against the Ukrainian people”.
