(ANSA) – ROME, AUGUST 11 – The supplies of Russian oil to Hungary through the Druzhba pipeline resumed today, declared the Hungarian Ministry of Technology and Industry in a statement taken up by Interfax.
“Thanks to the intervention of Hungary, which took care of the transit fee, it was possible to eliminate in a short time the technical problems related to accounting to resume (supplies). Thus, deliveries began yesterday and from night hours oil has returned to flow continuously from Russia via Ukraine to Hungary via the pipeline, “the ministry said. Despite the interruption of supplies, domestic consumers “have not been threatened by anything, as our country has sufficient reserves for several weeks,” he said.
