(ANSA) – JERUSALEM, AUGUST 14 – Seven people were injured, including two seriously, during an armed attack on a bus in the center of Jerusalem. The police and rescuers made it known. “The police have been informed of a shooting into a bus – they explain -. The agents have isolated the area and are looking for a suspect who is on the run”. According to police reports, the shooting took place near the Tomb of David, not far from the Wailing Wall, in the old city of Jerusalem. “There are a total of seven injured, all conscious, one woman and six men, of which two are serious,” explained Zaki Heller, spokesman for Magen David Adom, the Israeli equivalent of the Red Cross. “We arrived quickly on the spot – explained two rescuers -.
