Sabag Montiel, 35, and Brenda, 23, are accused of “co-authoring” the attack. Agustina Díaz, 21, a friend of Uliarte’s, is accused of having participated “by providing her agreement and cooperation” in planning the attack. Nicolás Carrizo, 27, known as the head of the “band of copitos”, as the group of cotton candy sellers is called, to which the Brazilian and his girlfriend also belonged, is accused of “actively” intervening in the planning of the attack, providing a firearm that ended up not being used. For the Argentine Justice, Agustina Díaz and Nicolás Carrizo must respond as secondary participants, after it is proven that they were not present in the attack, but “entrusted their execution” to the other two defendants. “The global analysis of the conversations held between them allowed us to establish that all the accused converged on the purpose of causing the death of the vice president of the nation, exchanging opinions on how the act should be carried out”, details the indictment.
