BRUSSELS – New structure for the Italian delegation to the European Committee of the Regions. These are ten appointments formalized today by the EU Council of Environment Ministers.
Permanent members are now the regional councilor of the Marche Guido Castelli, the president of Puglia Michele Emiliano, the president of Tuscany Eugenio Giani, the councilor of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano and president of the Trentino Alto-Adige Region and of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano Arno Kompatscher, the president of ‘Umbria Donatella Tesei, and the president of Lazio Nicola Zingaretti.
At their side, four alternate members: the regional councilor of Campania Nicola Caputo, the regional councilor and councilor of the Aosta Valley Luciano Emilio Caveri, the president of Sardinia Christian Solinas and the president of Molise Donato Toma.
Kompatscher, Solinas and Toma, previously present in the Italian delegation, change roles.
