It took about seven minutes to remove the tire. Four people were needed to perform the operation. On its Telegram channel, the Russian Ministry of Emergencies reported that the incident happened in the Rus National Equestrian Park, which is about 35 km from the center of Moscow, and added that the animal is doing well.
