President of France Emmanuel Macron said that will visit China in early April. One of the main goals of the visit will be to appeal to Beijing for help in ending the war in Ukraine.

Macron told reporters about this on Saturday, February 25, reports The Guardian. As noted, the politician welcomed Beijing’s participation in the peace process.

Macron called China’s initiative on Ukraine “good deed”.

Macron told reporters that he would visit China in early April 2023, partly to ask the Chinese authorities to help end Russia’s war against the Ukrainian state.

“China must help us put pressure on Russiathat it never use chemical or nuclear weapons, an effort China has already made, and that it stop its aggression as a precondition for negotiations,” the French president said.

– At the same time, the “peace plan” of the PRC caused disappointment in the elites of the Russian Federation. Three points became a special “blow” for the Kremlin.
